Our online store offers cosmetic products made with mare's milk, sourced from Normandy, France.

These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Firfol Cosmétiques.

1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale: Acceptance and Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the commercial relationship between Firfol Cosmétiques and the customer.

The services and products covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those offered by Firfol Cosmétiques. Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They remain in effect for the duration required to supply the products.

2. Data Protection Provisions: Personal Data

For the purposes of mail-order sales, Firfol Cosmétiques records your contact details. The company commits to not using this data for any other purpose. You have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning you (Article 34 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978).

You may exercise this right by sending an email via the contact page or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: 627, Chemin du Rondel, 14100 Firfol.

3. Ordering

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

The customer receives a confirmation email after the order is validated.

Firfol Cosmétiques reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.​

4. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day the Customer views it, subject to stock availability. 

Each product is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

5. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. 

Firfol Cosmétiques reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Availability of ordered products

Products offered for sale by Firfol Cosmétiques are subject to stock availability. 

In the event that a product becomes temporarily unavailable after the order has been confirmed, Firfol Cosmétiques will notify the buyer via email. The buyer will then have 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to request either the cancellation or the exchange of their order by contacting our customer service team via the contact form available at www.firfolcosmetiques.com/contact (or by emailing firfolcommunication@gmail.com). 

Firfol Cosmétiques reserves an additional 7 business days to process this request. 

In the event that one or more items become permanently unavailable, the buyer will also be notified by email or telephone. If no response is received from the buyer after this period, the order will be shipped with the available items. Only the delivered items will be charged. 

If the buyer has been charged for a product that has become unavailable:

For payments made by bank card, Firfol Cosmétiques will issue a partial refund corresponding to the cost of the unavailable product, using the secure payment interface used for the original order.

 

In the event of payment by check or bank transfer, any overpayment will be refunded using the same payment method, or a voucher equivalent in value to the unavailable product(s) may be issued. This voucher will be valid for one year on the Firfol Cosmétiques website.

 

7a. Shipping and dispatch costs

Our shipping costs are outlined on the "Delivery Methods" page. Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping, regardless of the order value, based on the rates applicable to your country code.

Parcels are shipped via Colissimo or tracked letter (depending on weight) or via Mondial Relay.

Other carriers may handle your parcel, depending on the options available at the time of your order.
